When will my order ship?
Depending on the payment method used, any in stock item should arrive to you within 5 business days. When paying by check, cashier's check, or money order it could take up to 10 days. Your payment must clear before item will be shipped. All special orders(handmade/Couture Gowns) take about 4-8 weeks to receive as your gown will be made after payment is cleared, and then shipped to you upon completion from the seamstress. We may have your gown in stock, but it is never guarantee, so if you need it right away, please contact us first. If your gown is in stock it should arrive within 7-10 business days.

What is the return policy?
Any item(excluding special order gowns) can be returned within 7 days less shipping & handling and a 15% restocking fee.

Can I return my special order Couture Wedding Gown?
Sorry, but we do not accept returns on any special order gowns. It is your responsibilty to know your size. As these gowns are made to order, they are sold "as is". We will however, exchange a gown that is the wrong size and/or color that what you ordered.

What if I received the wrong item?
If you received an item that is not what you ordered we will gladly exchange it for you at our expense. This also applies to any special orders as well. If you have received the wrong order please contact us for an exchange or refund.

Are Tiara's always in stock?
Our tiara's are almost always in stock and ready for immediate shipment. On rare occasions during the busy season we do run out, but we try our best to not let this happen.

Have you sold on line before?
YES!! We had been selling on Ebay for a couple of years, and we are happy to say that when we stopped we had 100% feedback.

How will my item(s) be shipped?
Your item will be sent via the United States Postal Service(USPS), and most orders include a tracking number.

Do you ship world wide?
No, unfortunately at this time we only ship to the U.S.

Do your tiara's have genuine Swarovski stones?
Yes, they do contain genuine Swarovski stones, but only 90-95%. Swarovski is the largest producer of stones world wide and comprises of at least 90% of stones on the market. Most tiara's are not 100% Swarovski stones as the stones are generally mixed with 5-10% of stones that are not Swarovski stones. This however will not effect the look of your tiara as it is unnoticeable to the naked eye.

Do you combine shipping?
Most of our items are weight dependable, and therefore shipping costs are combined and calculated by total package weight.
