This is a lovely Periwinkle floor length gown that is very form flattering. It has a high empire waist and "A" line skirt that is slimming. It also features a lace tie back and a simple colored rhinestone design on the front. This gown is new with tags, but is missing the shawl. This gown retails for $149.00.
