Sterling silver genuine Sapphire flower pendant. Designed with a 6x8 mm oval shaped genuine Sapphire center stone and 12 pieces of 2 mm round clear CZ Diamond side stones. Pendant is approximately 1/2 inch. All stones are prong set by hand.
