All handmade/special order Couture Gowns are special order and are non-returnable. You are responsible for knowing your size, please use the size chart for accurate ordering. Any gown that you receive that is a different size and/or color than what is on your order form will be exchanged at our expense.
All other items that are new and in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days for a refund, less shipping & handling and a 15% restocking fee. Any item that was shipped wrong can be returned and exchanged at our expense.
